New kevlar belt causes scooter to bog down? - adjustable belt
I recently bought a new Kevlar belt for my bike, because the former slipped. Well, as expected revolutions are constant and low.
But with the gradual acceleration of the marshes, or go full down, if 30 mph or less?
I also have a racing clutch set and equipped only changed the spark plug. Any solution?

Sounds like the new belt is too tight, check the voltage
Belt should have nothing to do with how the engine works differently than it might be too narrow
