Structure Of Left Knee Upper Calf Sports Injury?

Upper Calf Sports Injury? - structure of left knee

Hello to all, then about 4 to 5 weeks, the "injured" in a football match was about 15 minutes before the end of the first half before returning to the second half.

Now makes me sick when I hurt the ball with his right leg () sends a sharp pain on the outside of the upper calf, but I also believe in the tubular structure to its knees.

I have found a way to stretch, but I froze a few times is really not much. Just know that you know that everyone can and should play with it now works very well and I can pass with the inside of my foot. Do not do things with the inside of my foot hurt nearly as bad, but I really have to be able to shoot with his right foot (on the left is my favorite anyway), but you know how it is.

Has anyone suggestions on what might be or what I can do to heal? Tryouts are football school in a few weeks and I would be glad to be cured of them!

Thank you all!

You can be ill on the thigh - the hamstrings - the thighs. Is this the tubular structure behind the knee to the outside. A ballistic movement as the ball is shot lead with a great attraction in the thigh muscles. Hold stretch and ice. If it persists, you should consult your doctor or physiotherapist.
